I spent years in the construction industry before I started this firm — on job sites, in design meetings, watching how the numbers actually worked behind the scenes. What I saw wore on me. General contractors marking up materials, labor, even change orders, while homeowners had no idea what any of it actually cost. Clients weren't treated like people making one of the biggest investments of their lives. They were treated like line items — another invoice to process, another margin to protect.
I got tired of being on the wrong side of that table. So I started this firm to flip it. No contractor markups. No hidden margins.
